Returns & Exchanges

At Holbrook Pickleball, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your performance on the court. If your paddle or equipment isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you; simply print it out and securely package your Holbrook gear in its original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
